Volzhenka is deeply committed to the protection of sturgeon, a species whose history is inseparable from our own.
As part of the Beluga Sturgeon Fish Rescue and Protection Fund, we actively support research, preservation, and the restoration of natural populations. For us, sustainability is not a trend — it is a responsibility.
We work to ensure that future generations can discover, respect, and protect these extraordinary fishes, uniting conservationists and connoisseurs in the same cause.

Caviar With Care

Volzhenka champions innovative, nature-respectful farming methods rooted in cruelty-free principles. 
We use a non-lethal “milking” technique that allows the sturgeon to be released back into the water, preserving both their life cycle and the species itself. 
Through these efforts, we have already returned more than 140 million fishes to the Caspian Sea — a commitment to caviar made with care, responsibility, and respect for the wild.
