Every Volzhenka order is carefully prepared and shipped in specialised refrigerated packaging designed to preserve the freshness and quality of our caviar throughout its journey.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Chronofresh, with cooling elements to maintain the cold chain during transit.

The outer packaging is deliberately discreet, ensuring a refined and confidential delivery.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure optimal transportation conditions.

Orders placed from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery times are generally 48 to 72 hours, depending on the destination.

Volzhenka currently delivers to France, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Upon Arrival

Upon delivery, place your caviar immediately in the refrigerator, at a temperature between 0 and 2°C.

For the best tasting experience, we recommend serving the caviar directly from the jar, ideally over crushed ice and with a mother-of-pearl spoon.

Best enjoyed chilled, simply, and without delay.
