More than a pop-up, our Bar à Caviar invites you to experience Volzhenka’s excellence in a new way — through an encounter where heritage meets contemporary creation.
Our Signature Collections
At the heart of Volzhenka lies a devotion to provenance and precision. From the purity of our waters in Greece to meticulous hand-selection, each jar represents years of expertise.
From Siberian Sturgeon to Oscietra, every collection captures a dialogue between time, texture, and taste. Each jar is a testament of Volzhenka’s savoir-faire: sustainable farming, hand selection, and a cure guided by instinct rather than time. For this residency, Volzhenka presents three creations that frame caviar through contrast and context — familiar comforts, refined through craftsmanship.

Egg Sando with Caviar – Created with Onii San’s Restaurant, a Tokyo favorite turned Parisian ritual.

Croissant & Caviar – The essence of the Paris morning, reimagined with precision and indulgence.

Madeleines by Proost – Sweet and savory, each topped with caviar — an ode to memory and modern taste.

The Masterclasses
Beyond the counter, Volzhenka hosts a series of masterclasses, intimate gatherings that explore the dialogue between caviar and the world’s finest beverages.
Each session combines education and pleasure, guided by experts who share the subtleties of pairing temperature and terroir.
