When you receive your caviar, it’s important to handle it with care to preserve its rich, delicate flavor. Follow our simple storage guide based on the type of delivery you received.

Fast action required for thermal bag shipments.

Step 1: Take the jar out of the thermal bag immediately after receiving it.

Step 2: The caviar can last up to 3 hours in the thermal bag with an ice pack, make sure to refrigerate it quickly.

Step 3: Place the jar in the fridge, again without packaging.

Step 4: Store it in the coldest section of your fridge, as cold as possible, and set the temperature to 4°C.

Step 5: Do not forget to freeze the ice pack for future use if you need to transport your caviar later.

Polybox deliveries

Proper storage starts with immediate refrigeration.

Step 1: Take the jar out of the polybox.

Step 2: Place the jar of caviar directly in your fridge (without its packaging).

Step 3: Store the jar in the coldest part of your fridge, ideally at the back or bottom.

Step 4: Set your fridge temperature to 4°C for optimal freshness.

Step 5: Keep the ice pack in the freezer to use for transport later, if necessary.

Step 5: Do not forget to freeze the ice pack for future use if you need to transport your caviar later.
