Oscietra
Oscietra is celebrated for its layered, nutty complexity and refined character. Prepared using a traditional Astrakhan salting method, it comes from sturgeon that take up to 15 years to mature. The grains are smooth and velvety, ranging from warm amber to deep mahogany; a spectrum of color that has earned Oscietra its reputation as the ‘Gold Standard’ of caviar.
We use an Express courier service. For orders submitted from Monday am to Thursday am the delivery time is 48h to 72h. Volzhenka caviar is delivered in specially refrigerated packaging. Each of our unique silver caviar tins is arranged onto an ice pack, then contained within a discrete, logo-free box. This means that we can guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout transit, until the moment your caviar reaches your door.
