Beluga
Beluga is the rarest and most celebrated of all caviars. Its large, pearlescent grains are renowned for their silky texture and delicate, buttery flavor that lingers elegantly on the palate. Harvested from Huso huso sturgeon, which can take up to 20 years to mature, Beluga is the ultimate expression of refinement and rarity.
We use an Express courier service. For orders submitted from Monday am to Thursday am the delivery time is 48h to 72h. Volzhenka caviar is delivered in specially refrigerated packaging. Each of our unique silver caviar tins is arranged onto an ice pack, then contained within a discrete, logo-free box. This means that we can guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout transit, until the moment your caviar reaches your door.
