We ship all orders via DHL Express, using specialized refrigerated packaging.
To ensure optimal quality, deliveries are scheduled as follows:
- Monday AM – Wednesday PM: Dispatched immediately; delivery within 48–72 hours.
- Wednesday PM – Sunday PM: Dispatched the following Monday to maintain uninterrupted refrigeration.
Note: Orders are prepared and shipped exclusively on business days.

Within the EU, we do not deliver to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, or Vatican City due to customs limitations.
