Every Volzhenka order is prepared with the same care we devote to our caviar; elegantly packaged, temperature-controlled, and handled by our trusted courier partners to ensure a seamless cold-chain delivery from our atelier to your door.
Shipping Schedule
Each jar of Volzhenka caviar is placed atop a cooling element and encased within a discreet, logo-free box. Our packaging is designed to maintain a flawless cold chain throughout transit, preserving the integrity and texture of every grain, until the moment it reaches your table.
Delivery Destinations
We ship all orders via DHL Express, using specialized refrigerated packaging.
To ensure optimal quality, deliveries are scheduled as follows:
Monday AM – Wednesday PM: Dispatched immediately; delivery within 48–72 hours.
Wednesday PM – Sunday PM: Dispatched the following Monday to maintain uninterrupted refrigeration.
Note: Orders are prepared and shipped exclusively on business days.
Volzhenka currently delivers to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and United Arab Emirates.
Within the EU, we do not deliver to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, or Vatican City due to customs limitations.
