Caviar is a living delicacy. From the moment it reaches you, careful handling is essential to preserve its texture, salinity, and depth of flavour.

Below, you’ll find our recommended storage guidelines, tailored to the delivery method you received.

Immediate care required


Thermal bags are designed for short transit periods and require prompt refrigeration upon arrival.


Step 1

Remove the caviar jar from the thermal bag as soon as you receive your order.


Step 2

The caviar may be kept in the thermal bag with an ice pack for up to 3 hours, but we strongly recommend refrigerating it as quickly as possible.


Step 3

Place the jar directly into your refrigerator, without any outer packaging.


Step 4

Store the jar in the coldest area of your fridge (ideally at the back or bottom) and set the temperature to 4°C.


Step 5

Place the ice pack in your freezer to preserve it for future transport, if needed.

Step 4

Set your refrigerator temperature to 4°C to maintain ideal freshness.
