The purity of Volzhenka caviar begins with the way we care for our sturgeons. We pioneer state-of-the-art, eco-conscious aquaculture practices that respect the natural lifecycle of the fish. By raising sturgeons in pristine spring waters, free from antibiotics and hormones, we allow nature to work its magic, resulting in a caviar that is ethically sourced.

To further our commitment to sustainability, we employ a cruelty-free ‘milking’ technique, allowing sturgeons to continue their lifecycle after harvesting caviar. This revolutionary method ensures the well-being of the fish while maintaining the highest standards of caviar quality.

Conservation and biodiversity

Our dedication to sturgeon preservation goes beyond our farms. As part of the Foundation Beluga Sturgeon Fish Rescue and Protection Fund, we actively participate in research and conservation programs to protect wild sturgeon populations. We have already released over 140 million young sturgeons back into the Caspian Sea, helping to restore natural biodiversity and secure the future of this species.

Through education and awareness programs, we inspire future generations to appreciate and protect these extraordinary fish—because preserving sturgeon means preserving caviar itself.

Inspired by Lalique, our glass jars not only elevate the presentation of our caviar but also reduce waste by being fully recyclable and reusable.
