Christmas recipe: roast potatoes & siberian sturgeon caviar
We reimagined a timeless classic this holiday season: the iconic trio of potato, cream, and caviar. We have given it a Volzhenka twist with crispy roast potatoes, a velvety cream, and our Siberian sturgeon caviar.

Ingredients for 8 servings
- 250g of Siberian Caviar
- 100g of heavy sour cream
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in slices lengthwise.
- Place the slices on top of each other on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until they are golden and tender. Remove the roast potatoes from the oven and leave to cool.
- On each roasted potato portion, place a spoonful of fresh cream and a spoonful of Siberian Caviar
- Serve immediately.
