We use an efficient UPS courier service to ensure your Volzhenka caviar will reach you in pristine freshness, within 24 hours. Our specially refrigerated packaging is discreet and logo-free, with no reference to the contents inside.

All purchases by bank card are delivered on the date requested (no earlier than 24 hours for every order placed before 12 pm, Monday to Friday).

Yes. To ensure the most delicious flavour and depth of taste, it is essential that our caviar is signed for at the time of delivery, removed from its ice pack and placed immediately in the fridge. If you need help choosing or modifying your delivery date, contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist.

Yes. The best way to pay for your caviar order is on our secure payment platform using a bank card. We do not store any card details.

Unfortunately perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
