Christmas recipe: roast potatoes & siberian sturgeon caviar

We reimagined a timeless classic this holiday season: the iconic trio of potato, cream, and caviar. We have given it a Volzhenka twist with crispy roast potatoes, a velvety cream, and our Siberian sturgeon caviar.

Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 250g of Siberian Caviar
  • 100g of heavy sour cream 
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes 
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in slices lengthwise.
  3. Place the slices on top of each other on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until they are golden and tender. Remove the roast potatoes from the oven and leave to cool.
  5. On each roasted potato portion, place a spoonful of fresh cream and a spoonful of Siberian Caviar
  6. Serve immediately.
